All sales are final. By completing your purchase you accept immediate delivery of digital content, and you waive any right to withdraw or to a refund. This applies whether or not you have watched or downloaded anything.

For exceptional circumstances, please email support with the name and email address you used when you subscribed and a brief explanation.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please email support to cancel.

If you have a recurring subscription please do so using the SegPay support portal. Payment made via PayPal directly do not automatically rebill and there is no need to cancel them.

Fair Use of Downloads

Premium plans include unlimited downloads for ordinary personal use. “Unlimited” means you may download as much as you reasonably want to watch later; it does not authorise systematic, automated, or commercial-scale copying of our library.

You may not use automated tools, scripts, bots, crawlers, or any systematic process to bulk-download, scrape, mirror, or archive all or a substantial part of the catalogue, nor download at a volume or rate inconsistent with personal viewing. We apply reasonable per-user download rate limits to protect the service, and we may adjust them at any time.

If we determine, at our sole discretion, that an account is being used to archive or harvest the catalogue, or otherwise to abuse downloads, we may reduce download speed or volume, restrict the account to streaming only, and/or suspend, terminate, or ban it. Such measures are not grounds for a refund. See also our Banning policy below.

Banning

We reserve the right to ban any user at any time for any abuse of the system. What constitutes an abuse is entirely at our discretion.

Please include a link to the content you believe to be illegal, a link to the specific UK statute you think it violates and a brief narrative explaining how it violates that statute.

We will respond to your report within five business days.

Any content found to be in violation of UK law will be removed.

Appeal to have your content removed

If you are a model in one of the published scenes and you would like to petition to have that scene removed from the site, please email support.

Please provide a link to the scene and a reason why you would like it removed. Please be aware that we are very unlikely to entertain requests for removal.

Anti-Slavery and Anti-Trafficking Policy

1. Statement and commitment

Modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, servitude, and the sexual exploitation of any person are crimes and grave abuses of human rights. The Company has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in every part of its business and supply chain.

This policy is made having regard to the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. The Company is a small business operating below the Act’s mandatory reporting turnover threshold; it nonetheless adopts and maintains this policy voluntarily as a matter of principle and to meet the expectations of its payment and banking partners.

2. Scope

This policy applies to the Company’s operator and any personnel, contractors, and performers engaged by the Company, and informs the Company’s relationships with its suppliers and service providers.

3. Our highest-risk area: performers

The Company’s most significant modern-slavery and trafficking risk is the possibility that a person appearing in content could be there through coercion, deception, or trafficking, or could be under the age of 18. The Company addresses this risk directly:

Direct relationship. Every performer has a direct contractual relationship with the Company. The Company does not source content from anonymous third parties, content aggregators, or user uploads.
Verified adult identity. Before any content featuring a person is produced, the Company collects and retains, for that performer, a signed release plus government-issued photo identification (establishing identity and a date of birth confirming they are 18 or over) and an identity-link record (a photograph or video of the performer holding their identification). These are held as part of the Company’s 2257 records.
Documented, freely given consent. Each performer signs an agreement that records their freely given consent to be recorded and for the content to be distributed, and that warrants they are acting voluntarily and are not under any coercion (see the Company’s Performer Agreement).
Indicators. The Company is alert to indicators of coercion or trafficking (for example, a third party controlling a performer’s communications, identification, or payment; inconsistent identity information; signs of duress) and will not proceed with, and will report, any engagement where such indicators are present.

4. Supply chain

The Company’s supply chain is limited and consists principally of digital service providers — payment processors, identity- and age-verification providers, cloud hosting and content-delivery infrastructure, and similar. These are established commercial providers and are assessed as low modern-slavery risk. The Company favours suppliers who themselves maintain appropriate human-rights and anti-slavery standards.

5. Due diligence and controls

Performer age and identity verification before production or publication (Section 3).
Retention of identity and consent records (the Company’s 2257 record set).
Maintained blocklists that can remove a performer’s content from public access site-wide where the Company is legally required to do so.
A content-removal and complaints channel through which any person can raise a concern, with trafficking or illegality concerns treated as highest priority.
Reporting of suspected trafficking or exploitation to the appropriate authorities.

6. Reporting concerns

Anyone — including a performer, member of the public, or partner — who suspects that modern slavery or trafficking is connected to the Company or its content should report it immediately through the content-removal form linked in the Website footer or to support@wap-help.freshdesk.com. Reports are treated as highest priority and, where credible, the relevant content is suspended from public access immediately and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the United Kingdom without giving effect to its principle or rules of conflicts of laws. Any dispute arising under or in relation to this Agreement shall be resolved in the competent court in the United Kingdom only, and each of the parties hereby submits irrevocably to the exclusive jurisdiction of such court.
